Curriculum We Use

Lil Einstein's Educational Childcare uses the Creative Curriculum for Infants, Toddlers, and Twos. These Models were chosen because they:

Are based on sound child development and learn
Acknowledge the importance of establishing a partnership with parents and involving them in meaningful ways
Recognize that every individual is rooted in culture and has the right to maintain his/her own identity and that culture and family are at the core of children's social and emotional development

Guided by play is very essential for early childhood development. The children are constantly learning in everything they do. Either it be building blocks, pretend play, arts crafts, or during a meal.

Achieve Quality Care

To achieve quality care, the key concepts of early group experience address are:

small group activities for the children
Continuity of care meaning the child and caregiver remain together for more than one year.
Responsive individualized care-giving/planning
Meeting the needs of the individual within the group context
Developmentally appropriate, culturally relevant learning environment

Infants

Leaving your baby in someone else’s care is a big step. Lil Einstein's will work with you to make sure the transition goes smoothly. When you step into our childcare space, you’ll see how much we want your infant to feel safe, loved, and ready to explore their world.

Toddlers 18months-24months

Everything in our childcare is designed for little explorers. That’s because a lot is going on at this age. When your child is wandering all over the place, that means they’re learning and discovering new things every day. We’ll help them explore their interests (and find new ones!) as they play and learn.

Preschool

This age is filled with so much wonder and curiosity. That’s why we offer a ton of books and toys and bring artwork down to kids eye level. The children also begin to learn how we all work together in a group classroom setting. Simple math and science, pretend play, and group play help them get used to a more structured school setting.

School Age

Spring break and summer break—when school’s out (but you still need to work), you can count on Lil Einstein's Educational Childcare to provide a safe and supportive learning environment that’s focused on fun.
